Coaching Outcomes

Three 1-hour online coaching sessions with Alexander Van Buren.

All In – Commitment to the coaching, behavior change and improvement.
Communication for better cultural fit – a more oversight-oriented leadership identity.
Better supervisorial judgment especially in and around decision making – more consideration of liability issues & future consequences, and big picture thinking.

Regular tuition is $3,000.
Your discounted tuition rate for all 3 sessions is: $1,500

One coaching session per week for three weeks.
Session dates & times to be determined
Handouts, suggested action steps, and practice exercises are all included.
In addition – a pre-session planning meeting is also included to help the coach learn about the coaching participant and how best to be a resource to him.

Coaching Terms

By clicking the enrollment link above and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

You agree to pay
You agree to pay the complete amount of the coaching package you have enrolled in. Should your account fall into arrears, you understand that your coaching sessions will be suspended until all fees have been paid. A $35 administration fee will be charged for all NSF and denied credit card authorizations and late payments.
Sessions Details
You will receive three 1-hour online coaching sessions. One session per week for 3 weeks. Dates TBD. Platform: Zoom. An optional email exchange with the coach is also included after each session.
Cancellation & no show
All coaching session packages are non-refundable and this agreement is a binding contract between us. If you miss a session (not previously re-scheduled up to 24 hours before the session) for any reason other than an act of God, the session may not be rescheduled. All sessions must be completed within 6 months of enrollment in the coaching program.
Rescheduling policy
You may reschedule previously scheduled coaching sessions with 24 hours’ notice to your instructor. After that they may not be rescheduled and are non-refundable.
Payment
All coaching sessions must be paid in full in advance. This includes all ongoing monthly coaching programs.
Online Sessions
All sessions will be held online via Zoom. The coach will send the client a Zoom meeting link prior to each session.
Scheduling
The 3 sessions will be scheduled 1 week apart and dates and times will be agreed upon.
No further commitment required
You are not obligated to do any further coaching not included in your chosen coaching package.
Not therapy
All sessions are for the purpose of vocational or non-vocational self-improvement only and do not constitute therapy of any kind.
You are responsible for results
You are responsible for any and all actions that you may decide to take as a result of your coaching sessions. There is no guarantee of results or income as a result of these sessions. You agree to release Alexander Van Buren and Skill Builder Seminars LLC and all its agents and staff from any personal, physical or financial liability incurred during or as a result of your coaching sessions.
Handouts
All handouts are copyrighted and are for individual use only.
Recordings
No recording of sessions is permitted without permission from the Coach. These sessions may be recorded by Alexander and used in online curriculums.
Payment Authorization
By enrolling and submitting payment, you authorize Skill Builder Seminars LLC to charge the payment method provided via PayPal for the full amount of the coaching package selected.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes arising from it will be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
